Its a very thin shell, and it held together very well, with no flaky splitting like I've seen with some shells. Outer edge was crispy and cooked like a traditional shell. Could almost say that a non GF person wouldn't be able to tell it was a gluten free shell,..<br /><br /><br />Its thin.. and crispy outside... but was also had a little more chewiness to it... but... that may because the pizza was colder than cold when I ate it. Ordered online with a later pickup time, and it seems they made the pizza as soon as the order was submitted instead of looking at the pick-up time. That has nothing to do with the GF pizza quality... but I mention as texture is a big part of any GF product review and I just wanted to put out there my experience was skewed a little<br /><br /><br />Btw.. the Philadelphia City Ave location has an alcohol license and small bar (something I don't think will be in New Jersey), and the same building houses a Pei Wei with its awesome Gluten Free sweet and sour dishes. <br />It doesnt stink to work across the street from these places.Mark Matthewsnoreply@blogger.com
