The shop offers pizzas on Smart Flour gluten-free crusts; the only non-gluten-free toppings are meatballs and Alfredo sauce. Request that the staff change gloves and prepare orders using separate ingredients, dedicated bakeware and utensils, though the store incorporates many of these precautions in its standard protocol. Also in King of Prussia, Outback Steakhouse is scheduled to open next Tuesday (160 N. Gulph Rd.) and Yard House's debut is set for March 27 (160 N. Gulph Rd., 610-265-3584). Both have gluten-free menus, as does Mission BBQ, which just opened in town (120 Village Dr., 484-637-2595).

The Rachel Way gluten- and dairy-free food pantry at the Plymouth Meeting Mall (500 W. Germantown Ave., 484-804-5293) is hosting a kids' Valentine event tomorrow at 1 p.m. Guests will make and decorate truffles and conversation hearts. Email Heather to reserve a spot, as space is limited. The pantry will also host a kids' activity the first Monday of every month, beginning in March with a cooking class.

Have a great weekend!
