The following describes the collection, use and disclosure practices for the GFP website, emails and mobile application (the "Site"). The terms "we," "us," “our” and "GFP" refer to Gluten Free Philly, Gluten Free Philly LLC (a New Jersey Limited Liability Company), its members, affiliates, officers, employees and agents. We reserve the right to modify the information contained herein at anytime without prior notice. If we do make changes to our privacy policies, we will modify this page accordingly. Information You Provide

Your communications, tips, comments, emails and other content posted to the Site and/or submitted to GFP may contain personally identifiable information. This information may be posted to the Site.

Information We Collect

We collect certain information, even when you are not logged in. When you browse, read, or download information from the Site, data is collected by GFP, including but not limited to your IP address, URL request, browser type, and date and time of your request. The data are analyzed in various ways, including using a service called Google Analytics. (Google Analytics is subject to the privacy policy of Google.) We collect this information on an aggregate basis only. For example, we track which pages are most popular among visitors as a whole. We do not track information on which pages an individual user visits. We do not collect any other information without your knowledge and permission. We use this information to improve the usefulness of the Site to our visitors and users. Unless you affirmatively provide additional information to us, we do not collect or store personally identifiable information such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number, or social security number.

Collection and Use of Mobile Device Location Information

If enabled by you, the GFP mobile application will collect information regarding the location of your mobile device. You may enable collection of real-time location information by selecting "Near Me" when prompted by the GFP mobile application.  You must also enable the GPS services on your mobile device. The GFP mobile application uses your location information to provide requested location information for businesses and restaurants discussed on the GFP mobile application.

You may at any time opt-out from further allowing us to have access to your location data by disabling the GPS services for the GFP mobile application on your mobile device (for iOS devices, under Settings>Privacy>Location Services).

Disclosure of Information

In the event that we are required by law (including a court order) to disclose the information you submit, we will provide you with notice (unless we are prohibited) that a request for your information has been made so that you may object to the disclosure. We will send this notice by email to the address you have given us. We prefer to independently object to over-broad requests for access to information about users of our Site, but we cannot assure you that we will be able to do this in all cases. If you do not challenge the disclosure request yourself, we may be legally required to turn over your information.

In addition, information may be provided to third parties, including but not limited to advertisers and service providers. Information provided to advertisers is provided in the aggregate and without personally identifiable information. Information may be provided to service providers to improve Site functionality.
