2024 Step Beyond Celiac 5K Set for Sept. 21

The Step Beyond Celiac 5K walk/run is an incredible opportunity to support Beyond Celiac and raise awareness for celiac disease. By registering and fundraising for this event, you can make a significant impact on the lives of those living with celiac disease. The funds raised through this event will be used to support Beyond Celiac research efforts to improve the quality of life for individuals with celiac disease.

This year's Philadelphia-area event will take place on Saturday, September 21, from 9 a.m. to noon at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. The registration fee is $30. Registration is now live.

The Phillies' ballpark, Citizens Bank Park, will once again have a dedicated gluten-free stand on the concourse behind home plate (Section 122). This season's menu includes:

The Crabfries and cheese sauce at all of the Chickie's & Pete's stands (Ashburn Alley and Sections 208, 219, 225 and 319) are gluten free.

Richman's soft-serve ice cream at Old City Creamery (Sections 110, 137, 205, 322 and 330) is gluten-free when ordered in a souvenir helmet.

Ocean City's Manco & Manco has gluten-free pizza at its Ashburn Alley stand, but it is not prepared separately.
